IB国际高中创造社团活动学期掠影


C在CAS课程中代表着创造力(Creativity)。在Creativity社团中,学生结合自己的兴趣爱好,用丰富多彩的创意创造出各种作品。让我们来看下,这学期各个Creativity社团有哪些精彩的成果。

C stands Creativity in CAS. In Creativity clubs, based on personal interests, students use different creativity ideals to make different production. The following shows creativity clubs’ works this term.


摄影社团

Photography Clubs


This term our club totally have had two times outside activities, two times taking activity photos for Football Club, one time taking photos for the school activity and one time taking photos of the school. During this term, our club also meet different problems, some are small, some are big. Although we think that practice is the best teacher of learning photography, we still learned some professional knowledge, otherwise, we even do not know how to use the cameras. We practiced the photography skills from different ways, whatever in topics or in the purpose and results. Sometimes we will also watch movies to see how to achieve an expected effect.

    这学期我们社团总共有两次外出取景,两次足球社拍摄活动照,一次学校活动拍摄以及一次校园内拍摄。在这学期中,我们社团也遇见了不同的问题,有些是小问题,也有的是大问题。尽管我们认为实践是学好摄影最好的老师,我们仍会学一些专业知识,不然我们甚至连如何使用相机都不知道。我们从不同的角度去练习摄影技能,无论从主体或是目的效果上。有些时候我们也会看电影为了学习如何拍摄到一个预期的效果。

IT CLUB


This term, our target is to make a RPG game. Till now, we have already finished the first chapter of the game. This article is going to introducing the game we made, gloaming dawn, the Chinese name is Mu Li. It is based on Norse mythology.

这个学期,我们的目标是做一个RPG游戏。到目前为止,我们已经完成了游戏的第一章。本文将介绍游戏我们所做的游戏,中文名叫暮黎。故事剧情是基于北欧神话而改编的。

First of all, the game engine we used is RPG Maker, it uses visual programming, in other words, you do not need and programming knowledge to program it. With logical thinking, everyone can use this engine to program a game.

首先,我们使用的游戏引擎是RPG Maker,它使用的是可视化编程,换句话说,你不需要编程知识来编程它。有了逻辑思维,每个人都可以用这个引擎来编写游戏。

 

The Main Menu of the game looks like this: 主界面看起来是这样的:

 

To the battle system of the game, it is like final fantasy, turn-based combat system.

至于战斗系统,非常类似于最终幻想,回合制战斗系统。

Each turn you can chose one of the actions, attack, magic, defence or use item. Different action will have their own effect to the combat.

每一回合你都可以选择一种操作,攻击,魔法,防御,物品。不同的操作会对战斗产生不同的影响

Animation Club


We have two parts in the club which are drawing part and model part. For the drawing part, we mainly focus on how to draw a person in Japanese style with environment. During this semester, we have learned how to draw the eyes, the head, the hair and the body. You may face some problems when practicing but our leader is really patient and tries his best to teach us the correct method of drawing. For this term, we all have a lot of work to do so that the class is very meaningful and after this term, our drawing skill has been improved a lot.

我们俱乐部有两个部分,即绘画部分和模型部分。在绘画部分,我们主要关注的是如何画一个日本风格且具有环境的人。在这学期里,我们学会了如何画眼睛、头、头发和身体。在练习的时候可能会遇到一些问题,但我们的社长很耐心,他尽力教我们正确的画法。这学期我们做了很多有意义的学习和练习,在这学期之后,我们的绘画技巧得到了很大的提高。

In this semester, members in the model making group all design and finish their modified model. Most of the members made gundam adn only one member made a harder one of a warship, we first finish the original version of the gundam, and then we start to design what our gundam should look like after some modification in order to show our creativity. After some very detail planning, we finally start our modification and at last, we all come out some really good, well-finished and designed, good-looking works. We all improved ourselves, and learnt many new skills during a whole semester of model making, and all of us appreciate what we have done in this meaningful experience.

本学期,模型制作组成员全部设计完成修改后的模型。大多数成员都制作了高达还有一位制作了一艘军舰,我们首先完成了高达的原始版本,然后我们开始设计我们的高达应该是什么样的修改后,以显示我们的创造力。经过一些非常详细的计划,我们终于开始了我们的修改,最后,我们都出来了一些非常完整且精美的作品。我们都提高了自己的动手技巧,在一整个学期的模型制作过程中学习了许多新的技能,我们都很感激我们在这段有意义的经历中所做的一切。

 

 


Creativity, activity, service (CAS) is an experiential learning programme that involves IB students in a range of activities alongside their academic studies.

The most meaningful CAS experience comes from spending time with others to build relationships and develop the self-worth of both the server and served. In Year 10, students have begun to immerse themselves in different self-initiated programmes so as to prepare themselves for the CAS spirit in their IB years. Here are some ongoing programmes:
